Who we are

Bebout That Paint LLC (“Bebout That Paint”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a veteran-owned painting contractor offering interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, and deck staining and sealing for homeowners and businesses across Reynolds Station, Owensboro and the surrounding area of western Kentucky. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at beboutthatpaintllc.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What personal information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a limited amount of technical information your browser sends automatically.

Information you provide. When you submit our estimate request form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and the details you write about your project. The form also records that you agreed to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Information collected automatically. When you submit the form we also record your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, the page you submitted from, and, if you arrived through one of our campaign links, the campaign that brought you (its UTM source, medium and campaign). We use these to prevent spam and abuse and to understand which of our efforts bring in enquiries, not to build a profile of you.

We do not collect health information, government identifiers, or payment card details through this website, and we do not ask you to create an account.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare free estimates and color consultations, quote and deliver work, keep records of our correspondence, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Estimate requests and contact forms

Estimate requests are delivered to our team by email and stored in our content management system so we can follow up. We keep them for customer-service and record-keeping purposes; we do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission without telling you.

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you at that number about your enquiry, by call or text. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We text you only about your enquiry and the work you ask us to do; promotional texts are sent only if you separately agree to receive them, and consent to texts is never a condition of getting an estimate.

Mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS messaging purposes are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances.

Cookies and your consent choices

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We use a first-party cookie to remember your privacy choices. We do not currently run any analytics or advertising services on this website.

When you first visit, a consent banner asks you to choose. If we add analytics or marketing tags in the future, they will only load after you consent through that banner, and choosing “Reject all” keeps them switched off. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named fc_consent and is remembered for up to one year, or until you change it.

We group cookies into three categories: Essential cookies, which are always on because the site cannot work without them and which include the cookie that remembers this very choice; Performance cookies, which would power any analytics we add; and Marketing cookies, which would measure any advertising we run. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

Who we share your information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to enquiries, and only as far as they need it to do that work. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. These currently include our website host (Vercel), our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our email delivery provider, and Zapier, which passes estimate requests to the customer-management tools we use to follow up.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our customers, our team, or the public.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy the record-keeping obligations that apply to contractors in Kentucky, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see below.

How we protect your information

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site, access controls that limit staff access to those who need it, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these safeguards seriously.

Data breach procedures

If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain it, and notify affected individuals and the appropriate authorities where the law requires us to.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your cookie consent at any time from the footer link, and stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. We may need to keep certain records for legal or tax reasons. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top and bottom of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
